（中央社記者王朝鈺新北市2日電）行政院長林全今天表示，核能一廠、核二不會延役，到期就會除役。政府會窮盡一切方法維持供電量，避免增加核電廠啟用，如果真的有需要，還有其他方式調節供需。
林全上午前往位在新北市野柳的「台電北部展示館」出席北海岸鄉親座談會，媒體詢問冬天是否可能大限電？
林全表示，目前核一、核二各有一個機組沒使用，政府目前正在做電力結構轉型，希望在大家努力下，一同面對未來2、3年挑戰。
他說，核一、核二除役前目前停下來的部分，會小心謹慎，一定會在安全原則下處理，現階段還是有很多方法維持電力供給和需求平衡，「目前並沒有什麼太大困難」。
媒體詢問，居民反對乾式儲存槽興建，高放射性核廢料如何解決？林全表示，這個問題是他造訪目的，希望讓當地居民和關心的人都有機會充分參與、認知和了解。1050902
